who this is
this site is run by imelabs. by using it, buying from the shop, or sending a build enquiry, you're agreeing to these terms. questions go to hello@imelabs.co.uk.
the site
we keep the site accurate to the best of our ability, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, uninterrupted, or free of the odd typo. content is for information, not a contractual promise, unless it's in a signed quote or order confirmation.
build enquiries and quotes
the pricing shown on /build is a list of indicative ranges, not a fixed price. a real quote, scope, and timeline get agreed with you directly, in writing, before any work starts. nothing on the site itself forms a contract for bespoke work; the contract is whatever we agree together afterwards.
for finished work, we build to what's agreed in that written scope. you own the code we hand over: no lock-in, no licences to keep renewing.
shop orders
products in the shop are printed on demand by our fulfilment partner (printify) once you order, then shipped direct to you. payment is taken by stripe at checkout; we never see your card details.
because items are made specifically for you after you order, they count as personalised goods, and the standard right to cancel a distance-selling contract doesn't apply once production has started. if something arrives wrong, damaged, or faulty, contact us and we'll sort a reprint or refund.
prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any tax stripe calculates for your location. shipping timelines are estimates from the fulfilment partner, not a guarantee.
pebble
pebble answers questions about imelabs and its work. treat its replies as a starting point, not professional advice, and don't send it anything sensitive.
acceptable use
don't use the site to do anything unlawful, to attack or probe it without permission, or to abuse the forms or chat (spam, scraping at scale, that sort of thing).
liability
we're not liable for losses that fall outside our control, or for indirect losses arising from use of the site. this doesn't limit liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
changes
we may update these terms as the site changes. the date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
governing law
these terms are governed by the law of england and wales.
